Client acknowledges and agrees that certain aspects of the Services may depend on third-party software, automation tools, hosting providers, APIs, and external platforms that are not owned, operated, or controlled by the Company. The Company does not warrant or guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of such third-party systems. Periodic downtime, scheduled maintenance, updates, service interruptions, delays, or technical failures may occur and are outside the Company’s control.
Any service disruption, limitation, or unavailability arising from or related to third-party platforms or automation systems shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, service credits, or any form of compensation. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for losses or damages resulting from such events.
No Refund
No Refund & Payment Policy
By purchasing or subscribing to any services provided by Bullshxrk (“Company”), the Client agrees to the following terms:
No Refunds
All payments, including but not limited to retainers, setup fees, consulting fees, subscriptions, and service charges, are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, services are considered rendered immediately upon purchase, and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Immediate Commencement of Work
The Client acknowledges that work, strategy, planning, resource allocation, and operational costs begin immediately upon payment. As such, refunds cannot be provided once payment has been processed.
No Guarantees of Results
Bullshxrk provides marketing, outreach, and consulting services. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Revenue
Sales
Conversions
Lead volume
Business outcomes
Results vary based on market conditions, offer quality, and client execution. Failure to achieve expected results does not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to provide timely access, information, approvals, and communication necessary to perform services. Delays or lack of cooperation do not entitle the Client to refunds or credits.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation:
Stops future charges only
Does not refund past or current payments
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Bullshxrk constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend services
Recover associated fees
Pursue collections or legal remedies
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of Bullshxrk in cases of proven duplicate charges or billing errors.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & Payment Policy.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided that they agree to keep your information confidential.
